Compliance & Electrical Engineering Intern

This position is responsible for assisting the daily Engineering activities as they relate to Multiquip Inc. This individual shall support the Engineering Department in the implementation of key projects and initiatives.
Assist Compliance Engineer with product evaluations per domestic and internal standardsAssist with organization of CE technical files
Assist with FMEA and “Hazard Risk Assessments”
Participate in development of Mobile Hydraulic controls systems
Perform 5S Duties in the R&D Shop
Performs other duties that may be assigned
Currently seeking a degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science from a college or university
Ability to read and interpret documents
Ability to pay attention to detail and follow instructions
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic knowledge of computer programs and Word Processing software (MS Office). Experience with Matlab and NI is a plus.
