Candidate Profile:

  • Post 9/11 Veteran-honorably discharged, OR current National Guard / Reservist
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
  • Availability to work full-time

Overall Position Description:

The Junior Project Manager is responsible for the day to day management and execution of project tasks impacting the local personal computing services for VIPs and Field Sales Resources. This role supports projects and initiatives the Pharmaceutical Field Sales organization, Global Clinical Operations, and Consumer CFT Offices in North America as well as JNJ Executives globally.


  • Assist with obtaining Vendor deliverables signoffs
  • Assist with Workplan maintenance
  • Assist with SDLC deliverable tracking completion in the Workplans
  • TruVault license administration – need a central point of contact
  • Support the administration of the PMO mailbox
  • Assist with maintaining the onboarding/offboarding documentation
  • Provide SharePoint administration support
  • PMT / PMX support
  • Scheduling and attend meetings as well as maintain and promptly publish the minutes
  • Manage the MS Teams site
  • Maintaining an organized directory of documents and other artifacts
  • Assist in entering and keeping track of program level Kanban board for action assignments
  • Track, update and publish master program project plan in MS Project
  • Track and update program financials on a monthly basis (working spreadsheet and MS Project schedule)
  • Work with the project teams and Program Manager to compile and publish the weekly status report
  • Additional duties as assigned


  • Experience with MS Office Suite (including MS Project)
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, business writing, and listening)
  • Experience with Project Management / Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
  • Experience in PMX and PMT a PLUS
  • Strong customer focus and service orientation
  • Broad based, well rounded technical background including Windows 10, Apple iOS, miscellaneous enterprise software
  • Knowledge of Confluence tool
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and experience in delivering IT services
