Responsible for maintaining all member and loan files, as well as preparing supporting loan documentation, while providing other support services to branches and other departments in compliance with Credit Union policies and procedures.


A) Must present a helpful, cheerful, professional image in all interactions with other employees, members or the general public while representing the Credit Union.

B) Maintain collateral including lien and other collateral documentation, mortgages and hazard insurance.

C) File maintenance for mortgage discharge and lien release including electronic lien release.

D) Close out loans, including satisfying liens and recording satisfaction of mortgages.

E) Monitor paid in full loans and mail paid notes, lien releases and any other applicable documentation to members.

F) Create new loan files for members.

G) Must be available by telephone to support branches when branches need documentation form member files.

H) Sort incoming mail and distribute it into branch/department or employee mailboxes.

I) Maintain postage machine and post postage on all outgoing mail.  Take outgoing mail to post office.

J) File Disability and Life Claims.

K) Scan, Index and review documents for Clinton and Oneida Branches.

L) Provide clerical support to Vice President, Commercial Lending including tracking and update insurance, tracking, and updating liens and UCC Filings, preparing global analysis reports, preparing Credit Memos, sending out yearly mailings for updated financials, maintaining member files.

M) Verify daily interest rates report on loans.
