Job Description:
Position Overview:
Were a leading global fitness company seeking an entry-level, talented, passionate Marketing Intern to join our NA marketing team. Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Intern is someone who performs a variety of marketing and communications duties to support our marketing initiative in the US.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Communications:
- Coordinate presence on social media platforms (20%)
- Assist in planning, gathering and publishing content for bi-monthly Connections newsletter (10%)
- Coordinate creation and distribution of pre & post-tradeshow electronic communications (10%)
- Create and distribute installation press releases to increase brand awareness
Marketing & Sales Support:
- Project management of sales team and dealer network special projects as defined by Marketing Manager (30%)
- Create and distribute internal sales communication in increase awareness of marketing assets
- Work with the sales team to identify and collect installations and testimonials on a regular basis
- Assist with delivery of content marketing webinars to customers
- Assist with contact management in CRM database
- Maintain and update banner and premiums program with 3rd party vendor
- Maintain the US Matrix Experience App based on product launches, channel content and group training updates
Marketing Web Sites:
- Maintain US Showcase content
- Assist Marketing Manager with content population as required
Marginal Job Functions:
- Other projects as needed
Qualifications:
Education:
- High School degree
- Earned, or actively enrolled to earn bachelors degree in marketing, marketing research, communications or related field required
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing support functions preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Microsoft Office Suite required
- Occasional domestic travel required
- Valid Drivers License required

- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated experience in project management and budget adherence

- Strong computer skills in all Microsoft Office programs, including PowerPoint
