Pay range: $20+ per hour based on skills and experience

Sign on Bonus: $250 payable after 30 days and an additional $500 payable after 6 months of successful employment for a total of a $750 sign on bonus!

What you’ll do:

• Visually inspect buildings for obstructions, hazards, or other problems
• Complete preventive maintenance
• Complete service requests for work in occupied or vacant apartments, common areas, buildings, or grounds
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new occupants
• Respond to after-hours emergencies
• Repair and replace defective parts as needed
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment
• Work cooperatively in a direct service-oriented environment
• Follow written and verbal instructions
• Relate tactfully with residents
• Work steadily under pressure
