📦 Warehouse Manager
Location: 4360 San Carlos Dr Macon, GA 31206
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (30–45 min lunch)
Reports to: COO (Sinan)

Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee operations in our 30,000 sq ft refrigeration equipment warehouse. This individual will be responsible for inventory management, material handling, shipping/receiving, and coordination with our sales office. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and leads by example.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and record inventory using Google Sheets
• Pull and stage materials by invoice number for upcoming shipments or pickups
• Return unused materials to their correct locations
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized
• Ship and receive materials, ensuring accuracy and condition
• Communicate with the sales team about product availability and packing lists
• Coordinate temporary labor needs through provided software
• Interact with contractors picking up materials
• Maintain daily communication with the COO and office team

Requirements

• Forklift certified
• 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Proven leadership ability; able to direct 1–2 team members or day laborers
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable with hands-on work and warehouse systems (Google Sheets)
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently under pressure

Compensation

• Training: $15/hour for first week
• Introductory Period: $16/hour for the next 3 months
• Standard Rate: $17/hour after initial training
• Raise Opportunities: Performance-based evaluations every 6 months
