Job description:

The Retail Associate will report to the Management Team. In the associate role you will support the daily operations of retail, inventory, and reception. You will oversee and maintain the retail floor, communicate with guests, assist with inventory control, community events and all other FOH and BOH roles.

Job Duties

• Execute a world-class, hospitality-centric approach to unconditional excellence in customer service.
• Ability to handle situations and resolve issues in a positive and professional manner.
• Oversee in-store inventory operations, while accurately and efficiently fulfilling product orders.
• Ensure the organization and cleanliness of all workstations.
• Perform job responsibilities in accordance with all company and industry compliance protocols.
• Assist in all duties as needed to support the success of the team, and company.

Skills & Abilities

• The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, a sense of humor, a strong work ethic, competitive and team-oriented spirit, and great attention to detail.
• Must have regular and on-time attendance and schedule flexibility.
• Proficient in cash handling, and basic math skills.
• Experience using POS systems.

Schedule

• Open availability required. We cannot consider any candidates who do not have open availability.
• Night shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail Experience, 2+ years
• Cannabis Industry Experience (preferred)
• METRC Experience (preferred)
• Must be over the age of 21
• Must be able to pass a CORI background check
• Must have access to reliable transportation

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to bend and lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to carry products / items on a regular basis.
• Repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, cutting and fine manipulation.

$16.00-$18.00/hour
