Job Description:
Team Lead – 1st Shift – We can’t wait to meet you! IRSG, a division of Pipp Mobile Storage Systems, is looking for Team Leads in the Assembly Department.
Responsibilities include
- Working alongside the team, using hand tools and small power tools to assemble and package product.
- Training employees on processes and quality standards.
- Providing hands-on daily direction and enforcement of company policies and procedures
Qualifications include:
- Professional and effective communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and attendance
- A positive and professional attitude
- Ability to frequently lift up to 25 pounds with our without assistance
