Job Description:
Johnson Health Tech North America is seeking a bilingual Sales Representative to work in our Wellness division. Candidates must be bilingual in either Chinese/English or Vietnamese/English.
Position Overview:
The Sales Representative will be based out of our Los Angelas, California location and will work under the direction of the Sr. Sales Manager Wellness North America. The Sales Rep is someone who performs a variety of sales related duties in accordance with company policies and procedures. Duties include executing the business plans and sales strategies to secure new customers and achieve sales growth within the diverse sales channels including specialty, mass, club, department store and direct. This potentially could expand into a supervisory position as the business scales and the performance is exemplary. Product focus will include wellness and select outsourced products that we will develop and market with factories outside of Johnson Health Tech.
Responsibilities:
Key Sales Tasks:
Works closely with the Sr. Sales Manager Wellness NA to create and implement strategies to achieve sales growth within targeted channels of distribution
Initial responsibilities will be to develop customer list. Reaching out to prospective customers in multiple channels, cold calling for appointments.
Assists in the planning, development and presentation of strategic growth plans
Responsible for providing accurate forecast data to Sr. Sales Manager Wellness NA
Works closely with Director of Sales to make recommendations on product direction
Works closely with Director of Sales to execute companies tradeshows plan
Coordinates Line Reviews and is able to deliver superior presentations to executive level decision makers
Execution of sales training events and group relationship-building events where necessary
Working in a team environment, makes recommendations for trade show events and participates in these events
Travels extensively in the US and Canada, developing relationships with owners and executive-level managers to maximize company sales within the channel
Analysis of industry trends
Responsible for compiling and maintaining analysis of competitive industry data
Supervisory:
Position could eventually supervise a team of sales reps
Maintain Work Practices:
Maintain work environment to 5S standards
All reports and records filled out completely and accurately
Promote a positive team atmosphere with co-workers
Leads a unified team internally and externally

Qualifications:
Education:
- BS/BA degree in related field or working experience preferred
- Additional training in sales or within the wellness industry preferred
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of wellness industry experience with an emphasis on massage chairs strongly preferred
- Sales and account management experience with multi-store retail accounts with an emphasis on massage chairs preferred
Other Requirements:
- Bi-lingual is strongly preferred (Chinese/English, Vietnamese/English or Japanese/English)
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook preferred
- Experience with Microsoft CRM preferred
- Approximately 50%-travel within the US and Canada
- Valid drivers license required with acceptable driving record
