Reputable and highly rated Atlanta-based carpet cleaning company is looking to hire a full-time carpet cleaning technician / carpet care associate. Carpet cleaning experience is not required, but strong customer service, punctuality, integrity and communication skills are.

Job/Background Requirements:

-Organized, Self-Motivated, & Great Attitude – willing to be a team player.

-Excellent Communication & Customer Service Skills – High School Diploma or GED

-High Attention to Detail and Very Strong Customer Service Skills ü Computer skills with ability to learn new software with ease

-Ability to lift 75 pounds with ease

-Exhibit a clean and professional appearance at all times

-Flexible work scheduling & reliable transportation – might require being on call

-Clean driving record and no criminal history – must pass a drug test and comprehensive background check and provide professional references.

-Drug Free Workplace

-Starting hourly pay is apx $12.00 – $14.75 /hr (not including tips or bonuses). Overtime available. Avg tech makes $30,000 – $45,000 annually.

Qualifications:

– Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, clean driving record, references, initial drug test and ongoing drug tests.

-Strong Customer Service Skills -High School Diploma

-Ability to work efficiently in the field independently.

– Effective communicator -Team player

-Again, honest, dependable with a track record and/or references that demonstrate these characteristics

-Able to operate electronics like an iPad or tablet

-Ability to lift 75lbs and to walk up flight of stairs
