Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Inspection/Product Verification:

Ability to complete tasks/projects provided by JHTNA employees

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds often

Work with sharp objects (box knives, dremel tools, side cutters, metal components, hard plastic strapping and other hand tools).

Works with excessive amounts of cardboard

Needs to be aware of high currents and voltages.

Work with other Departments to verify quality of Refurbished consoles and help trouble shoot fixes in the field.

Work with Factory regarding changes to consoles and with the return of certain parts.

Training:

Must have the ability to train existing Lab Techs when new consoles are introduced.

Must have the ability to train new ER Lab Techs when necessary.

S.O.P. and Work Instructions creation:

Must have the ability to create S.O.P. and Work Instructions for new items coming into the lab.

Qualifications:

Education:

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent

Additional education and training a plus

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year experience at Johnson Health Tech North America preferred

Experience with SAP Transactions preferred

Experience with CRM preferred

Other Requirements:

Good communication skills

Basic computer skills

Ability to work in a team environment

Brings a positive attitude

Willing to work up to 60 hours per week including Saturdays
