Full time/hourly – 40 hours per week


Primary focus of the position is to greet/welcome visitors, assist with badging, & directing individuals to meetings.


Position will also support the office operation by:

* Ordering and maintaining supplies/supply storage area for both building Suites

* Picking up mail from main Corporate office for routing 2x a week

  • Communicating needs and guiding janitorial staff
  • * Creating and managing FedEx pickups/deliveries
  • * Ensuring all visitors are appropriately badged and signed into visitor log
  • * Other duties as assigned.
  • The ideal candidate must possess the following experience, competencies and qualities:
  • * Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
  • * Sound judgment capability and discretion with confidential information
  • * Problem solving capabilities
  • * Proficient in Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • * Self-starter, organize assignments, prioritize tasks and complete projects on time
  • * Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • * Attention to detail required
  • * Must be team player

Other Requirements: Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U. S. Citizenship status with ability to obtain a SECRET to TOP SECRET security clearance.  Security Clearance requirements will be specified in the Government’s Task Order.
