Job Description:
Position Overview:
Under the direction of the IT Manager, this position supports the day to day IT infrastructure for the company. Duties include providing ongoing support for all end user systems including PCs, Macs, mobile devices, as well any related end user software. Additional areas of responsibility include the phone system and call center software.
Responsibilities:
Infrastructure
- Support daily IT operations through the IT Helpdesk
- Responsible for various adds, moves and changes within the IT ecosystem
- Troubleshoot end user hardware and software issues
- Escalate issues to proper levels as needed
Work Practices:
- All paperwork filled out completely and accurately
- Keep your work environment clean and organized
- Be on time according to schedule
- Complete tasks as assigned
Communication/Teamwork:
- Contribute to our company culture by bringing positive energy to the workplace
- Represent Johnson Health Tech NA in a positive manner when working with external customers
- Build strong working relationships and operate with integrity
Marginal Job Functions:

Qualifications:
Education:
- Associates degree in a computer related field and/or equivalent work experience
Experience:
- 2+ years relevant experience
Other Requirements:
- Strong computer skills, strong written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to remain focused and organized
- A+ or MSCE Certification a plus
