Job Description:

JOB TITLE: Information Technology and Cyber Subject Matter Expert

PROJECT OVERVIEW:

The Information Technology (IT) and Cyber SME will be a full time WBB Home Site Sector consultant who will provide a full range of IT and Cyber expertise.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This employee will contribute to a wide variety of projects in support of Department of Defense, other U.S. Government agencies, and private sector business customers. Services will include some or all of the following:

• Employ IT expertise to the benefit of WBB and various clients/customers
• Serve as an IT/Cyber subject matter expert working on project teams with other consultants representing multi-disciplinary skillsets
• Contribute to the development of a variety of technical documents requiring IT best practices and Cyber content
• Develop customer briefings and support meetings
• Support bid and proposal efforts involving IT/Cyber expertise
• Contribute to customer engagement and business development efforts

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree
• Ability to receive a DOD Secret Clearance
• Fifteen (15) years of experience in developing, integrating, and executing IT, Cyber Security, Information Assurance, and Information Security policy and programs
• Program Management experience in full spectrum Information Technology project lifecycle management
• Working knowledge of Department of Defense IT and Cyber policies, instructions, directives, and technical guidance
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Risk Management Framework
• Demonstrated knowledge of DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Ability to work in a highly dynamic, complex, and deadline-intensive environment
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Masters Degree
• Familiarity with Chief Information Officer duties and responsibilities
• Innovative and driven work ethic
• Experience with developing and testing Joint security architectures
• Active duty military experience
• C4ISR expertise
• Federal Government service
• Active Secret clearance

WORK LOCATION: Northwest Florida

TRAVEL: 10%
