Job Description:
**Bi-lingual Position: Preferred ability to speak Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or Vietnamese**
Position Overview:
Under the direction of the JW Sales & After Service Manager, the Inside Sales Coordinator is someone who performs and oversees a variety of account coordinating duties in accordance with company policies and procedures. This is a non-supervisory position.
Responsibilities:
Direct Sales Customer Relations
- Collaborate with Sales Team on the following
- -Conduct weekly call with Sales Reps to review open orders
- -Payment Information
- -Obtaining credit application and credit card auth forms
- -Obtaining tax exempt certificates
- -Shipping and installation information
- -Creating new quotes and updating existing ones
- -Assisting with paperwork and tracking
- -Become an additional contact for direct customer sales
- -Assist Sales Reps with scheduling additional meetings
- Continue to follow order management process
- Assist with maintaining Sales Force Data Base
- -Update Sales Force with product sold so equipment references can be found
- Seek, promote, generate, and communicate potential sales leads to outside sales staff
- Assist in scheduling, organizing, and attending tradeshows
- Assist and attend business to consumer events
- Assist in maintaining showroom
Dealer Sales
- Maintain dealer information data base
- Process dealer purchase orders
- Assist in conducting dealer product training
General Sales Support
- Cross train with other Inside Sales Coordinators for coverage
- Assist and complete special projects as required
- Assist with customer visits to corporate offices or dealer meetings
- Communicate effectively and often with sales team, customers and all internal departments
Maintain Work Practices:
- All paperwork and database entries filled out completely and accurately
- Maintain work area to 5S standards as posted in work area
- Maintains a professional image by projecting a positive and professional demeanor to all internal and external contacts
Marginal Job Functions:
- Follow all related SOPs
- Other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned
Qualifications:
Education:
- Associate degree or combination of equivalent of education and experience preferred
- Associates Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
Experience:
- Previous history in Lead Generation, Inside Sales and/or Sales Support
- 1 3 years of experience in Administrative Sales support preferred
Other Requirements:
- Proficient in Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet
- Occasional domestic travel will be required
- Valid drivers license is required
