Pay range: $17+ per hour based on skills and experience

 

 

Sign on Bonus: $250 payable after 30 days and an additional $500 payable after 6 months of successful employment for a total of a $750 sign on bonus!

What you’ll do:

 

 

 

* Visually inspect buildings for obstructions, hazards, or other problems

 

* Complete preventive maintenance

 

* Complete service requests for work in occupied or vacant apartments, common areas, buildings, or grounds

 

* Assist in preparing vacant units for new occupants

 

* Respond to after-hours emergencies

 

* Repair and replace defective parts as needed

 

* Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment

 

* Work cooperatively in a direct service-oriented environment

 

* Follow written and verbal instructions

 

* Relate tactfully with residents

 

* Work steadily under pressure
