Job Description:
The University of Pittsburgh is seeking a qualified Manager of Constituent Relations. The Manager of Constituent Relations in the Dietrich School of Arts and Sciences is responsible for assisting the Sr. Executive Director of Development in: 1) creating, managing and evaluating a comprehensive constituent relations program; 2) raising gifts at the $10,000 – $50,000 level from individuals and managing annual fundraising; and 3) supporting the Sr. Executive Director of Development in matters as requested.The Dietrich School of Arts & Sciences is committed to building a culturally diverse staff. Bachelor’s degree required. Strong interpersonal communication skills, experience navigating complex work settings and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products and social media platforms to facilitate work. A minimum of three years in direct responsibility for an alumni relations program, annual giving or major gift fund-raising in a non-profit setting, preferably in higher education. At least one year of experience reporting to a Dean or comparable administrator.
