Job Description:
Position Overview:
Under the direction of the National Account Manager, the National Account Sales Representative is someone who performs a variety of account related duties, providing sales support, customer management, and product training in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Sales Related:
Support assigned large national account within designated region(s) within the United States
Outbound sales calls to prospects for new direct business within national account system structure
Conduct Matrix Fitness showcase tours for existing and potential customers
Meet monthly KPI goals and commitments for number of prospective customer trainings and site visits
Provide Product Management with product, market and customer information
Regularly provide management with accurate reports
Meet monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets
Work with other sales representatives within the territory
Attend periodic account trade shows and events which usually require travel
Marginal Job Functions:

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred in relevant field preferred
Experience:
Industry experience as a proven performer preferred
Sales related forecasting and reporting capability required
1 year or more of commercial fitness equipment sales preferred
Other Requirements:
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer required
Software experience with CRM, Auto Sketch or similar preferred
Drivers license required with acceptable motor vehicle record for extensive domestic travel for customer site visits, trade shows, sales meetings, etc
Skills:
Process Knowledge:
Sales / Account forecasting and reporting capability
Knowledge of sales processes and ability to follow established sales procedures and policies
Other:
Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Strong sense of initiative and a sense of urgency, demonstrated by accomplishing tasks; improving current work processes; and assisting others when necessary
