Office Manager is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the business including:

  • Human Resources Management
  • State Compliance
  • Financial Management
  • Client Relations

Reporting directly to the owner, this role will be responsible for operational excellence resulting in superior client and caregiver satisfaction

In the day-to-day management, this role works in consultation with ownership to provide direction and oversight, make decisions & recommend actionswith a specific focus on the following:

  • Recruitment, evaluation and management all local office staff
  • Conversion of service inquiries into consultations
  • Maintenance responsibility of the overall operational health
  • Ensuring full compliance with local, state and federal laws
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and regulatory requirements by participating in relevant industry association events, attending courses and reading industry publications.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have 3-5 years operations experience, preference given for homecare/home health experience
  • Be passionate about the power of engagement & thrive and excel at creating and facilitating relationships across a wide variety of people
  • Have strong organization and time-management skills.
