Job Description:
Office Manager is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the business including:
- Human Resources Management
- State Compliance
- Financial Management
- Client Relations
Reporting directly to the owner, this role will be responsible for operational excellence resulting in superior client and caregiver satisfaction
In the day-to-day management, this role works in consultation with ownership to provide direction and oversight, make decisions & recommend actionswith a specific focus on the following:
- Recruitment, evaluation and management all local office staff
- Conversion of service inquiries into consultations
- Maintenance responsibility of the overall operational health
- Ensuring full compliance with local, state and federal laws
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and regulatory requirements by participating in relevant industry association events, attending courses and reading industry publications.
The successful candidate will:
- Have 3-5 years operations experience, preference given for homecare/home health experience
- Be passionate about the power of engagement & thrive and excel at creating and facilitating relationships across a wide variety of people
- Have strong organization and time-management skills.
