User Provisioning Analyst

Job Summary The IT User Provisioning Analyst is responsible for monitoring and executing new requests for system access for new users or adding/changing access for existing users. Also, they will manage the removal access to systems to users leaving Murphy Oil and providing temporary access to those departing users’ data / documents to the appropriate management in that workgroup. Additionally, this team member will support internal auditing by providing requested information of user access to the internal audit team members as needed, as well as provide regular reporting of account changes that are then reconciled with actions taken in SuccessFactors to ensure consistent and accurate processing. They will work closely with HR and I end-user support teams to ensure the triggering and supporting tasks from those groups are monitored an executed within the correct sequence and timing.
Responsibilities • Provision system access for new and existing users by adding and removing users within MS active directory security groups, as well as other system admin as appropriate. • Monitor the ServiceNow support queues for other requests and tasks that require system access provisioning • Provide regular reporting of recent user access changes to IT Security and leadership as requested • Ensure user system access provisioning and removal of access follows Murphy corporate policy and best practices • Be responsible for various workflow tasks in SAP as follows: o Create purchase requisitions in support of IT services and activities o Handle the good receipt of products and services o Assist in the reviewing and coding of supplier invoices and service entry sheets within SAP as part of the accounts payable processes.
Qualifications/Requirements • High school diploma or GED equivalent • Experience with the following o Microsoft Active Directory and user management o Managing user access to MS file shares o SAP purchase requisitioning and invoice review and coding • Ability to effectively communicate in a professional and courteous manner • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize appropriately • Very strong process skills • High attention to detail • Exhibit a strong customer service orientation Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively with a team • Ability to communicate objectives and manage to completion of objectives • Ability to document processes, design patterns and procedures for the systems and storage team
