Job Description:

Position Overview:

Under the direction of the Digital Marketing Manager, the Web Content Coordinator is responsible for adding and updating content and product data for our Global Brand Websites and Applications. Duties include working with cross functional teams and managers to ensure the accuracy and integrity of content and translations. The Web Content Coordinator will also work to help identify areas of improvement in the content processes.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively work with marketing managers, product managers, and copy writers to implement new and updated web content.
• Audit and update content in our Content Management System (CMS) and Product Databases across multiple websites.
• Adhere to the brand style guide to ensure consistent punctuation, capitalization and basic formatting styles.
• Coordinate, manage and maintain translated content across multiple international websites.
• Participate in quality assurance testing for content style and functionality.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Associates or Bachelors degree in communications, marketing, journalism or related field; OR equivalent experience.

Experience:

• One (1) + years of experience working with web or print content
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress
• Familiarity with Databases
